So, I decided to go ahead and make a print edition of distant friends. The proof arrived today, and it looks okay!
Once approved, the book will be up on Amazon in about 24 hours. It’s really kind of an afterthought; after spending so much time on the digital editions it didn’t take much to go ahead and package it for a print edition. I used createspace to distribute it – in my experience it seems like the best option for both fulfillment on Amazon as well as print-on-demand for physical copies I want to sell myself.
