I mean, yeah, you want to put some other products out there so customers have a few different touchpoints for Q*bert. Makes total sense. But wind-up toys? Pencil erasers? Are these ticket prizes at Chuck E. Cheese?

In an era of awful gimmicky board games, though, the Q*bert game stood out. Here’s a delightfully bizarre ad for it. A wordless 10 second glimpse into Q*bert’s world followed by a funky, mellow jingle? I’m in.
